This is my recipe for Red Texas Chili. I spent several years working on it before I was confident that it was good enough to share with folks. Since a lot of us are stuck at home during this time, there’s nothing better to do than make a big pot of chili to tide you & your loved ones over. Hope you enjoy it. Don’t put beans in it.
